TERMS & CONDITIONS -
RHAPSODIE TOURS /KINGSTON TRAVEL WORLD /CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL (hereinafter referred to as 'Rhapsodie Tours') are responsible for supplying services and accommodations as described in this brochure, or alternative services and accommodations, as those services and accommodations relate to the land portion of this tour. If such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond the company's control, Rhapsodie Tours assumes no responsibility or liability other than Rhapsodie Tours undertakes to use its best efforts to supply other services and accommodations which, to as great a degree as possible, will be comparable to those described in this brochure.
Rhapsodie Tours reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify any part of the tour in its sole, absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice to the passenger. The passenger waives any claim against Rhapsodie Tours for loss, damage or injury for any reason whatsoever caused or incurred as a result of the tendering of any of the services in the land portion of the tour. Rhapsodie Tours shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether physical or mental, resulting from any delay, substitution or equipment, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodations herein, its agents, servants, employees, sub-contractors, for any additional expenses caused thereby, and the passenger hereby expressly waives any claims for such loss, damage or injury physical or mental, arising therefrom or from any cause that arises by reason of actions of parties other than Rhapsodie Tours.
Rhapsodie Tours reserves the right to decline any passenger as a member of this tour at any time.
